Ingest Pipeline Search / Filter doesn't work with "@" in name

Describe the bug:

When trying to search for an ingest pipeline in Stack Management > Ingest Pipelines (/app/management/ingest/ingest_pipelines), you can't "just search" for a pipeline that has an @ in the name. It does work if you wrap the search in quotes, but that seems a bit tedious for whether you find or don't find your results..

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Stack Management > Ingest Pipelines
2. search for logs@custom (or possibly just @custom depending on your available pipelines), observe no results
3. search for "logs@custom" (or instead "@Custom"`) and observe that things are now listed

Expected behavior:

If searching for a string with an @ don't require the use of quotes to get it to appear.
