Describe the bug:

Column names are not aligning when set in 8.13.1.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a lens visual
2. Align text to center or right and see that it doesn't change

Expected behavior:
I expect column names to line up.

This appears to be back from the grave in 8.13.1. I haven't tested 8.13.

8.12.2 this works just fine.

I investigated this bug and it happens due to the internal changes in eui data grid. I submitted a bug there that will hopefully be resolved soon.
