Persistance Enhancement

There's really a need for automatic dashboard persistence and I'm not talking about saving dashboard in local storage since it's per browser, nor exporting and importing as a file.

The way i see, the user should have the ability to store dashboards on the server/db and than set a dashboard to automatically load.
a tabs component will also be nice, where all it does is load your correct dashboard settings.

You can save to elasticsearch already, the setting is under dashboard control
