[Infra][Hosts UI] Analyze the possibility of using the Otel System content pack Hosts dashboard

Summary

This PR elastic/integrations#14400 will introduce the Otel System content pack with the Hosts dashboard.

We need to decide whether we'll use it instead of making changes to the curated UI

The decision was to move forward, changing the Hosts UI.

1 - Pointing users to a dashboard now could create the impression on users that we're providing a 2nd class experience, given that the dashboard experience is not quite there yet
2 - We'd be rushing the long-term solution, which could lead to unforeseen problems

This will be a temporary adjustment
