Quarter hour interval (Date Histogram)?

Our business manages metrics in quarter hours and half hour intervals... Could you add these? Or some config to allow people to pick what intervals they'd like exposed to the UI?

If you are on KB4, then there are already 15 and 30 minute options, you can select them in with the time picker in the top right corner.

A bit more specific, I'm looking for a quarter-hour interval option for the date histogram aggregation...

So, create a data table, split rows by date histogram, and have each row represent a 15 minute interval (starting on the 0th minute)
