Kibana version: 6.7.0 and 7.0.0 beta1

Browser version: chrome latest

Browser OS version: os x

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: When user clicks create TSVB flashes a chart and becomes empty(?) again.

I cannot reproduce that on master (which shouldn't have too much changes between 7.0.0-beta). @alexwizp @sulemanof can anyone of you reproduce this?

@timroes I can also reproduce it on BC1 of 6.7.0

@timroes, yep, It's an old problem. It happens because TSVB send two requests for the data during initialization. The first query doesn't contain the value for 'index_pattern' field as a result in first 1 second we see the wrong data.

So all what you need to reproduce this issue it's just a create more than one different indexes.
