Kibana version: (at least) 6.5 - 6.6.1

Elasticsearch version: (at least) 6.5 - 6.6.1

Server OS version: CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804

Browser version: Chrome Version 72.0.3626.119

Browser OS version: Windows 10

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): Unpacked Tarball

Describe the bug: On a date histogram with one year intervals, the X-axis is off by 1 year. If you hover over the dot representation of the bucket on the graph, the correct year is displayed. The underlying agg also pulls the correct data.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a line graph using a Date Histogram for the x-axis.
  2. Select Yearly for the Interval

Expected behavior: The x-axis correctly reflects the year bucket it's associated with.
