Kibana version: 7.2. 0BC2

**Elasticsearch version:**7.2.0BC2

When you create an user with lesser permissions( I had only read and view_index_metadata role assigned to my user) and this user logs in and tries to delete the index pattern from Management >IndexPattern screen , the message displayed to the end user is ugly and can be improved conveying the right message, why the user is not able to delete the index pattern. Right now it says

Error: Forbidden
    at http://localhost:5601/bundles/commons.bundle.js:3:1605449
