I have the below graph in Kibana 3 that works great:
2015-12-21 10_02_08-kibana 3 - dashboard

Graphs in Kibana 4 show like the below:
2015-12-21 10_02_29-new dashboard - dashboard - kibana

Can we get a method to remove scrollbar and the second header?

The scrollbar occurs because you have more entries in the table. You can confiture the number of rows in the visualize screen. Customizable header ticket is here: #3138
