Add new icons to EUI to support the needs of the upcoming SIEM case workflow integration feature. Includes the following icons:

• caseClosed
• caseOpen
• logoServicenow
• people
• push
• quote
• reporter

@stephmilovic, @XavierM, @cnasikas: I've merged the necessary case icons into EUI. Once the Kibana design team updates the Kibana repo's version of EUI, these icons should become available for you to use. These icons include:

• folderCheck (i.e. case closed)
• folderExclamation (i.e. case open)
• push
• quote
• reporter
• users (i.e. participants)

You'll note that the ServiceNow logo did not make it into EUI. As noted by @cchaos in the PR above, we should instead use the EuiIcon component's custom SVG functionality (documentation). Below is a ZIP file containing the ServiceNow logo SVG we wish to use. Let me know if you have any questions.
