[Maps] Option to filter Dashboard visualizations by geo bounds of an embedded Map

Describe the feature:
A new toggle option to dynamically include a geo_bounding_box query in the filter bar based on the current extent of the view in an embedded Map

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
When a Map is included in a dashboard, it can become the primary means of exploring data (dragging, zooming, etc). When this occurs, the rest of the dashboard does not update to reflect the boundaries currently within view. The requested option would allow the dashboard to automatically update by adding and updating a filter in the filter bar.

Currently, one must try and draw bounds in the Map using the drawing tool whenever they want the filter created.

+1 this would be hugely useful. It's kinda clunk at the moment to have to draw a bounding shape each time one wants to limit the data shown relative to the map.
