We should build a feature flag to enable/disable the new EuiDataGrid implementation in Discover.

That feature flag should be easily reachable from Discover (e.g. a toast notification) and not hidden in advanced settings or kibana.yml.

doc_table:legacy was added to Advanced Settings to toggle between classic and new views.
