Description
[Ingest Management]: Results are not filtered under "Data streams" page, when user selects blank option from "Integration" drop down

Preconditions

1. Kibana 8.0 cloud environment should be available.
2. An agent configuration should exist.
3. Agent should be enrolled under Fleet with above agent configuration.
4. system data source should exist under above agent configuration.
5. system data created by above agent should be streamed and displayed on "Data streams" page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Kibana 8.0 environment link in browser.
2. Navigate to "Data streams" page.
3. Click to select blank option under "Integration" drop down.
4. Observe that results are not filtered.
