[ML] Multiple clicks required to navigate back from SMV/Anomaly Explorer to jobs list #73261

Taken from #71941 (comment) as it was not introduced by the PR itself: When you go to SMV or Anomaly Explorer view from the job list or the Stack Management's job list, it will take several clicks to go back to the previous page.

On latest master / 7.10.0, the Back button fails to return you to the previous view, even with multiple clicks, if you first come from the Anomaly Explorer where the URL contains encoded characters. For example, switching from the Anomaly Explorer to the Data frame analytics jobs list, and then hitting Back, the URL forever toggles the refreshInterval and pause URL parameters:

#80902 makes a big improvement to the behavior here. At most it takes me two clicks to return to the Jobs List or Overview page from the Anomaly Explorer or Single Metric Viewer.
