Text inside donut pie charts

Customizable Text inside donut pie charts would be a great feature.

@ghudgins I think we should not consider this as a possible configuration of a donut chart for a few reasons:

• a donut chart is not always a good choice for rendering such partition
• the text can be arbitrarily long, so we need to prevent it from overlapping the chat: this means truncating, multiline wrapping etc reducing the readability. Similarly to the value, that can't be wrapped/truncated.

A better solution will be the following: render a horizontal percentage stacked bar chart with a title and a value, following a similar strategy to what we want to do with the bullet graph (shown below)

Closing this because it's not planned to be resolved in the foreseeable future. It will be tracked in our Icebox and will be re-opened if our priorities change. Feel free to re-open if you think it should be melted sooner.
