We did this for ES nodes listing and Logstash pipeline listing pages but it's time to do this for ES index listing page.

With #76015, we are now querying for more data and starting to see issues: elastic/elasticsearch#65405, https://discuss.elastic.co/t/kibana-time-out-errors/255479 and it's time we update this page to get the performance improvements that ES nodes and Logstash pipeline listing pages have.
