Kibana version: 7.11.0 BC4

Elasticsearch version: 7.11.0 BC4

Server OS version: darwin_x86_64

Browser version: chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: If user shares an iFrame without filters and the iFrame has a map - user can get stuck after creating a filter on the iFrame using maps tools. Once filters are created there is no way to remove them.

Only way to remove them is go back on the browser window. Refresh on the window doesn't work

Expected behavior: This is happening with lens as well. Not sure what should be the behaviour here.

@elastic/kibana-presentation Can dashboard pass a boolean to each embedded panel to indicate if the filter bar is displayed?
