Histogram Widget: How to plot individual values of Value Field? #913

There is no way to plot individual events, the closest you'd come to that would be "mean" mode. |
Is this something that can be added in near future or it's not on road-map? |

This seems less intuitive to me that we can't just plot values without aggregating the data. Any underlying problem? |

I know with histogram widget we can plot count, max, min, mean and total.
But is there any way can plot individual values?
e.g.
http://demo.kibana.org/#/dashboard, I want plot bytes as values against time.
With total mode and value field as byte, it will display total bytes servered at that point of time.
But how to plot individual values rather than total? I am ok with same value events overlaying each other
