Some potential improvements

  • Change the default of "Hide missing fields" to off in the near future. Since we now do multi field grouping .keywordetc. fields are not part of the top level list. ...
  • However by doing this, we would need to virtualize this list for large field lists (beats)
  • Or even better, align to the Lens pattern of Available fields, Empty fields, Meta fields

Also happy to move this whole component into a central place (it does a few neat things like virtualizing scrolling of the list)
