Kibana version:
7.12BC

Describe the bug:
Compared to the previous vislib implementation he tick count on the date histogram aggregation would be limited to 15, similar to what is applied in discover (see code).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a date histogram chart in visualize library
  2. Notice the large number of tick labels on the x-axis with wide charts

Expected behavior:
Provide a sensible limit of tick labels.
