[Meta] Getting Started MVP - Onboarding

At a high level, we have outlined the projects related to Getting Started that we'd like to achieve in this meta issue #83355. This issue is meant to focus on an MVP we'd like to deliver by 7.last. There a few different tasks that will need to be completed by multiple teams and we can use this issue as a single source of truth to track progress.

Link back to Cloud

As part of the streamlined experience for Cloud trials, we plan to navigate to Kibana directly. As a result, there will need to be navigation links back to Cloud from Kibana.

Iterative improvements to home page

Until the integrations view becomes the default, we want to make incremental enhancements. First, boost the integrations callout/card and, second, even out the 3+1 solutions so that Kibana is not more heavily weighted.

Default to the new add data (integrations) page

We want to make the new add data page and integrations view the default experience for adding data. As we start defaulting to the new add data view, we'll also want to update the homepage appropriately to consolidate the four ingest options we have today into one.

Add non-Fleet integrations to the new add data (integrations) page

The new add data / integrations page will be the default experience for adding data in Kibana. As a result, we'll need to make sure we make non-Fleet integrations discoverable. Some examples include Enterprise Search connectors, file upload and sample data.

We'd like to have an omni-present add data button in the top navigation

@alexfrancoeur for Navigation back to Cloud console we previously added a menu link in the left nav that appears when an xpack.cloud.deploymentUrl exists in kibana.yml.

I just confirmed locally... is this what you're referring to?

Regarding my previous comment, there has been recent discussion for adding an 'Infrastructure' link to the left nav that would presumably replace the 'Manage this deployment' link. For now, I think we can mark this item as done but keep in mind that it may evolve.
