[Security Solution] [Alerts] Fix close alerts test looking for rendered but hidden element instead of non existant

Summary

This menu is rendered in a portal, and when not open, does not exist in the DOM at all. For some reason, this and only this task in the alerts task file checked that an element was present but not visible in the DOM, however all the others check if it does not exist at all. Changing this task to match the other checks fixes the broken tests.
