In Kibana 6.4 the APM UI changed to query separate indicies, instead of all of them every time. Index splitting was introduced in apm-server 6.3, but is now causing more problems to users than expected.
This PR is therefore reverting the default values for indicies to
apm-*
.This will be backported and released in next patch release (6.4.1)
