A new cluster privilege type has been added to ES in [elastic/elasticsearch#35820](elastic/elasticsearch#35820) .

I'm gonna close this one out and create another one from my repo so I can get us past the issue that CI hit. Thanks for all the help on this @albertzaharovits |
