[Visualizations] Each visType returns its supported triggers #70177

Summary

Fixes #61601. We add a callback on each vis type in which it returns which triggers it supports in order to avoid having hardcoded on the embeddable the vis types.

Tested on Chrome and Safari.

Here we only have supportedTriggers only for filter and not for brush. On each of the above visTypes I have also added brush where I think that it is supported. Not 100% sure though
