[Datatable] Fix filter cell flakiness

Summary

Fixes #96246

The problem here as it is depicted from the following image is that the filter is applied twice. The problem is the retry, it happens twice so it applies twice the filter and the test fails. I removed the retry and I have changed a bit the filter click action in order to give some time to the click event to apply the filter. This was the reason that the initial retry was added.

Btw, retry.try has an optional argument onFailureBlock to do smth when failure occurs before next attempt.
Just in case, you want to use it somewhere:
