ssl_key / ssl_cert not checked for Nil value

The ssl_key and ssl_cert configuration options are optional, but the module assumes they exist in manifests/config.pp, on lines 70 and 100.

ssl_ca is also assumed to exist, but shouldn't be required (logstash forwarder works without it). If this option is omitted then the module goes down in flames.

Setting the key and cert to empty strings works for me. Kind of hacky but it works.
