The
ESS releaseversion picker in our new feature request template only goes up to v8.16. This PR adds more versions to this drowpdown. We may want to consider replacing the dropdown field with a free-text field – similar to what we have in the enhancement request template – as it's easier to maintain.Edit: as agreed in Slack, this PR now changes the dropdown
