goal: keep libplite.a static with all debug

speed up link/optimisation pass by re using the same static lib

find a way to instead merge :
libpostgres.a (without main/main.o and tcop/postgres.o)
libpgcommon_srv.a libpgport_srv.a

as a single libpglite.a
