Hi, I have noticed some missing data for the Spanish islands and as a local from Menorca and user of this service I would like to make a contribution.
Installed capacities for ES-IB-ME
Biomass: 0 W
Geothermal: 0 W
Hydro: 0 W
Solar: 50.8 MW
Wind: 0 W
Nuclear: 0 W
Hydro storage: 0 W
Coal: 0 W
Gas: 0 W
Oil: 271.6 MW
Sources
IME
My main source is a study made by the IME (Institut Menorquí d'Estudis, Menorcan Institute of Studies) in 2018, which can be found in Spanish here.
Installed capacities for all electricity sources for the entire island are detailed on section 3.2 'Electrical System', namely 3:
Central térmica (Oil)
Corresponds to the only power plant in the island, comprised of 3 diesel motors and 5 gas turbines (using diesel as fuel). These account for a total of 271.6 MW of installed capacity.
Parque eólico (Wind)
Sadly, this wind farm reached its end-of-life in June 2024 and has been already closed down (source1, source2). This can also be observed in the historic production data for Menorca. Despite there being talks about possibly renewing the wind farm or even constructing a new one, that leaves the wind installed capacity to 0 W for the forseeable years.
Parques fotovoltaicos (Solar)
There are two photovoltaic farms in operation, of which one was planned to be expanded at the time (2018) as stated in section 3.4.3. That amplification was finalized in summer of 2023 and has now an installed capacity of 49.8 MW (source1 (page 108), source2). Combined with the capacity of the second photovoltaic farm (1 MW), this gives a total solar installed capacity of 50.8 MW.
REE
I also attach a report by REE (Red Electrica) about the electrical systems of the Balearic Islands as of the end of 2023, also in Spanish here, since this one seems to be the main source when it comes to Spanish installed capacity data in the rest of the country. However, REE does not provide exact numbers on installed capacities per island, only the total for the entire archipelago.
Page 2 depicts the contribution percentage of every energy source over the total energy production of each Balearic island. Only 3 sources can be found for Menorca:
'Solar fotovoltaica' (photovoltaic solar) corresponds to category Solar
'Turbina de gas' (gas turbine) and 'Motores diesel' (diesel motors) correspond to category Oil, as demonstrated above
Notably, wind energy sources are absent even though the stated wind farm was still operational. This can be explained by the fact the decision to close it down was set before the end of that year and production was already very poor due to constant breakdowns at the farm.
Even though exact numbers for installed capacities are not provided, the left graph on the same page can be used to calculate an approximation of the current capacity, which roughly matches the ones provided above. Moreover, I want to use this report as a proof that other sources of energy are not present in Menorca currently, and they can therefore be set as 0 W of installed capacity.
Note
I ignore whether there is a preference to set installed capacities to ? W instead of 0 W if they are not provided explicitly by ree.es. If that is the case, I apologize. I hope you can consider my contribution, given my personal insight as a local and the official and reliable sources provided.
Also, while researching for the matter, I have found information about the rest of the islands but I am not as acquainted with them at the moment. If contributions like this are appreciated I can consider reserching them too.

@hectodium amazing job with this, great writeup with sources etc!!

I'm also just a contributor rather than a team member, but I bet this is appreciated just like this contribution was!
