fix(mac): normalize filename to NFD form

Fixes issues when productName and executableName contain characters that have different NFC and NFD form, e.g., diacritics and Hangul (Korean). These seem to be internally normalized to the NFD form at some point, failing string comparison and other operations. Specifically,

• fixes codesign failing with code object is not signed at all In subcomponent:,
  • fixes Helper (GPU).app/Contents/MacOS/myapp Helper (GPU).app: code object is not signed at all #6912
  • code object is not signed at all #3169 (comment)
  • Diacritics in the product name breaks macOS builds #5977
  • "code object is not signed at all In subcomponent" error after High Sierra update. electron/osx-sign#155
• fixes DMG layout,
  • App icon in wrong place when the build.productName is chinese #1234
  • dmg icon get a wrong position if productName contains Unicode character #1369
  • Broken icon and dmg layout with non-ASCII characters in productName on macOS #6282
• and possibly related:
  • Codesign Error MacOS 10.13 #2125
  • Convert unicode filenames to NFD for MacOS build #4697
