File panel suggests using desktop app when using desktop app

My situation from #829 hasn't generally changed, but details seem to fluctuate, possibly due to me trying to log out and back in etc trying to fix things.

I now get this message instead. There is also an invisible link in there, including the cursor not updating to 👆

When I click it, it opens the crypto settings as it should.

One guaranteed cause of this is not installing the recommended libsqlcipher0 package
