element-desktop says to install element-desktop if libsqlcipher0 is not installed #984

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install element-desktop
  2. do not install libsqlcipher0
  3. go to security&privacy -> message search

Outcome

What did you expect?

libsqlcipher0 should be suggested to install

What happened instead?

it says I need to install element-desktop, but it is element-desktop

1.11.31

Yeah we should either make it a mandatory dependency or fix the message.
Third option is to switch the deb to static seshat builds which don't need libsqlcipher0 cc @MatMaul
