Improve the URL preview

Why would you like to do it?

Just to make it consistent

Make the URL preview the same as iOS' URL preview (and Android as well, recently)

Sorry for waiting, but what I actually mean is how the preview is displayed, right now in Element Web the URL preview looks like this:

at odds with element-hq/element-web#7897

note that we'd be somewhat unlikely to make them consistent, but might consider adjusting the design/representation of them.
