Invisible crypto: Changes to "people" and "profile" sidebar

This is a bit of a placeholder for now: during a design meeting, we discovered that there are plans to change the appearance of the "People" sidebar, and the "Profile" tab, as part of the death-to-shields invisible crypto work.

Element-Web will need changes to the current design; Element X will need new functionality wiring up.

EX already has the functionality of people list & profile view and designs were created for how to enhance those to show if the person(s) verified identity has changed.

What's true is that we can not show the Verify again button before we have the corresponding functionality on EX. However, I think there is value in showing that the verified identity has changed even this is not available.

There are some quite substantial changes in EW's People sidebar in the current development version (element-hq/element-web#28874), so this might be done on EW at least?

Closing this issue since the Epic #2729 now structures the user stories as well as their current implementation state when it comes to the decorations on the people and profile sidebar.
