Most VoIP software out there offers you the ability to preview your video feed before placing or accepting a call. This is useful so that you can adjust your view / hair / random tat on your desk before streaming the video. This probably could be an optional prompt as no doubt some people would consider this an annoying popup.

There should also be an option to deactivate the camera and microphone before accepting the call. Right now it is only possible to deactivate it when the call is already running.

And maybe option to change the default audio input/output devices, or the camera.
