Room aliases don’t hyperlink

Steps to reproduce

1. receive #matrix:matrix.org in a plaintext msg.
2. it isn’t detected as a link
3. ideally matrix:r/matrix:matrix.org would be too

What did you expect?

the text should be shown hyperlinked and act as a permalink, as if it was a matrix.to link.

Personally, I wouldn’t expect it to be turned into a pill, given semantically the user wanted to communicate the alias’s name, not an intentional link to the room itself. If you want a pill, you should explicitly link the room with an anchor tag.

What happened instead?

iOS hyperlinks the domain treating it as a weblink, rather than treating the matrix identifier as a matrix link.
