Permalink Tweaks 2

• Adds a missing changelog.
• Parse bare room aliases as permalinks (closes Room aliases don’t hyperlink #2762).
• Fix tapping the same permalink twice (closes Once you tap on a permalink, you can't tap on it again. #2758).
• Make sure sending a message returns to live (closes Weird stuff can happen if you type a message after tapping on a permalink #2760).
