File transfers show up in push notifications as "File" rather than name of file. #2800

Steps to reproduce

  1. Receive a file transfer (e.g. PDF) in a room with push notifs enabled
  2. See a "File" notification appear
  3. Expect to see at least the filename; ideally even an icon.
