The widgets files in the lib directory (like
SettingsPage.vala) uses the stylesheet bundled with the switchboard source code. While libswitchboard is intended to be used in the System Settings plugs, I suppose we may want to include the stylesheet resource in the libswitchboard like we do in granite:https://github.com/elementary/granite/blob/c3043820f81880b5f1c8d69d444269e40db115ac/lib/meson.build#L66
