wingpanel notification displays wrong program #11

The notification indicator in wingpanel often displays the wrong program as the one responsible for the notification.
Example:
When getting notification from my printer (out of paper, ...) or even "new updates available" from software centre, it is displayed under pyCharm.
Clicking on the notification opens pyCharm.

Also, sending a notification with "notify-send" seems to work properly. It is displayed as coming from the program "other".

Same problem. Telegram notification opens Enpass for me.

I understand that this is usually caused by faulty appdata from a third party app, see:
elementary/gala#61
