Replace fn with symbol λ.

Personally, I am very 👎 on having this in elixir-mode. I think these kind of things belong either in personal configurations or in external packages. Having λ in place of fn makes code hard to read if you're used to fn, hard to understand for newcomers to the language, and generally less explicit.

This feature depends on the prettify-symbols-mode minor mode in emacs.
If someone doesn't open this minor mode, the fn will not display as λ.
