Add a bland "follow system" that just goes with fg_color and goes dark when dark theme and light when light theme.

Add a "color based on wallpaper". Do not follow accent color - Follow the wallpaper. So this is not just a "follow accent color" theme. User may want notes based on wallpaper but not have an accent color based on it.
