⬆️ Bump parse-url and @staart/site (#893)

Removes [parse-url](https://github.com/IonicaBizau/parse-url). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@staart/site](https://github.com/staart/site). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `parse-url`

Updates `@staart/site` from 2.4.0 to 3.0.0-beta.20
