Replace light prop with Layer component in Carbon components

Note - We will continue using light prop in common-properties components like FlexibleTable, WideFlyout, VirtualizedTable etc. This issue is just removing light prop from Carbon 11 components.

Replace light prop with Layer component in following files -

This will fix the warning -

 Warning: The `light` prop for `TextInput` has been deprecated in favor of the new `Layer` component. It will be removed in the next major release.
