Ich kann die Kampftalente alle 1 höher steigern als erlaubt sein sollte. Zb: FF 13. Damit sollte Bögen maximal auf 15 zu steigern sein. Kann es aber mit dem Opolith auf 16 steigern. :)

fix: Combat Techniques didnt use dedicated min/max calculation

Combat techniques didnt use the dedicated file for calculating if it can
be decreased and/or increased.
