Skip read-only filenames in helm-ag-edit buffers by setting query-replace-skip-read-only to t in those buffers.

Hi, this PR makes it so that filenames are ignored in
helm-ag-editbuffers when usingquery-replace.This is done by setting
query-replace-skip-read-onlytotas a local variable inhelm-ag-editbuffers, so that it does not affect the existing global value ofquery-replace-skip-read-only.
