Replace Pouch Ember Data Adapter and service with fetch of static content.

Part of #132

This issue is simply removing the adapter code written to fetch data from couch and sync pouch, instead fetching data statically for a given version.

Until we begin to fetch static data deployed onto a server (issue ember-learn/ember-jsonapi-docs#17 ), We should work of data locally, putting the data on the local development node server.
