  1. [BUGFIX beta] Ensure didInitAttrs deprecation is stripped in prod. 

    In production builds, the `didInitAttrs` deprecation was not being fully
stripped. This refactors to remove the guarding `if` (in favor
`Ember.deprecate` test parameter).
