vite fix hbs loader for v1 addons #1852

?(pattern) Match zero or one consecutive occurrences of pattern

the pattern we want to match is .hbs?v=343 or .hbs
so *.hbs?([?]*) should be correct one
pattern after hbs = [?]* or do not match if not exists (only .hbs)

Noting for posterity because I didn't fully understand this pattern: the change here defends against treating .hbs.js as .hbs, because we don't want to run .hbs.js through the transform() hook and double-compile it.
